The hotel collects a security deposit, also known as an accommodation deposit or incidental guarantee, to secure any deferred payments. This allows guests to enjoy hotel services and products, such as dining at restaurants, using the mini-bar, or booking services like limo or room service, with payment deferred until check-out. If a guest skips the check-out process without settling their bill, the hotel can use the deposit, with the guest's consent, to cover any outstanding charges. This deposit is primarily for provisional approval. If the security deposit is made via credit card pre-authorization, the hold will be automatically released back to the credit card within 21 days (depending on the issuing bank) if no charges are incurredPlease note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Excellent stay! I'm really satisfied with this hotel. There are two swimming pools on the property, and the room is very spacious. I was a bit worried about the water quality beforehand, but it turned out to be perfectly fine. There's a 7-Eleven and a motorbike rental shop right next to the hotel. The beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away. There are also massage parlors and street food stalls nearby—everything you need is close by. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Considering the price, I’m very happy with this choice.

Really amazing customer service and amenities, super clean and the air con was great. Massive room and new towels and cleaned really well every day. Would 1000% recommend!!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Our second room was fresh, clean and comfortable. Pools, gym and even table tennis were great. Tasty breakfast and top location.

Its a bit old but well-maintained hotel complex in a large area. Several kind of rooms, more pools, nice garden with full of palm trees. The whole hotel area is very clean. The room is very well equipped, what you need. The breakfast is mostly Thai warm food. Its like than a lunch or dinner....5 minutes from the wonderful beach. Mineral water, coffee-tee daily provided.

What i loved about the hotel was that it was modern, bright and full of greenery. The staff was all very pleasant and always will make you feel welcomed. There's help everywhere whenever you need it. The location was a few minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants and most importantly 7/11!!! Additionally, the views from the room and balcony was really nice. we got alot of sunlight and also lovely view of the mountain behind the hotel.

Everything was absolutely perfect. From being welcomed with a lovely cold glass of pineapple juice to letting me stay in my room till I got picked up to be taken back to the airport. The room was amazing with a fantastic view of the lagoon and the beach beyond that. The food was exceptional, the staff were fantastic, they always took the time to say hello and were always happy and smiling. The location was great close to everything but far enough away so it wasn't noisy at night time. The whole place itself was so peaceful with plenty of swimming pools and loungers. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks to everyone at best western for making my holiday just perfect. 😁

The rooms are spotless, we had a beautiful balcony, the mattress was firm and was perfect for us. Our room was cleaned and fresh water every day. The breakfast buffet is just amazing , so many things to choose from and everything is cooked perfectly. The chef is very friendly and likes to come out and say hello in the morning to see everyone. The beach is right across the road , markets and shops all in the area and a lovely massage parlour just down the road. This is our second time staying here and i will stay here again
