The hotel is located on a busy street in the center of Karlstad, the train station is a 7-minute walk, shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby, close to the park and museum. The rooms are neat, the room has everything for convenience. Yes, the shower and toilet are small and you need to get used to using them correctly, but this does not cause much inconvenience. The main thing is that the shower and toilet are clean and everything works well. The hotel has a pleasant common area for breakfast and lunch; free coffee, tea, and cookies. Since the hotel was not packed to capacity, the administrator even allowed to look at a couple of rooms on different sides and choose the one I liked (on one side the rooms overlook a busy street, on the other there is a view of the roof of a neighboring building).

Very close to the train station & the centre. Good breakfast. Good size room with comfortable bed

The location was excellent, along with the general upkeep of the rooms. The staff (when they were visible) were also friendly and very helpful. The facilities were a bit basic, but apart from the broken shower knob was good, especially considering the price.
