The check in process was really smooth and intuitive. The snacks in our room and the breakfast that was being offered satisfied our expectations and we really enjoyed it!

Excellent value, a big room which was perfect for 3 people plus a cat. The hotel was well situated near trams and shops, there was a nice cafe opposite,. WE liked being able to check-in beforehand and get a code for the room and the hotel.

I really appreciated the different types of tea and coffee, the bottle of water and the kettle. The heater in the bathroom worked great. I liked it that there was no rug. My room faced the back of the building and was very quiet. The room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillow was funny :) very thin, but that's better than a rock-like or thick pillow. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. I was so wonderfully surprised by the Portuguese-style pastry! Wow!!!

Checking in was easy even in the late hours after 00:00. The room was clean and comfortable. The heating was on and the room was warm. The shower stream was perfect and the water was hot. Location was good - walking distance from everything we needed - 20 min from the trainstation, 10 min to the city centrum. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at the "apartment" and we had two separate rooms, that both had doors, so we could enjoy a bit of privacy. The doors open with a pin that is given to us with the reservation, so no keys needed!

Close proximity to shops and the tram 5 and tram 2 stop is in front of the hotel where this can take you to their mall and the old town. Their tram 3 is just a 3-5 min walk where you can easily access the central station that will take to other parts of the region. We absolutely love the variety of continental breakfast and definitely delicious, which is a good start of the day.They also have vegan option. The staff are also lovely and attends to your needs. Amenities are basic and useful. Their Cleanliness keep up to standards.
