Generally good, locstion perfect for where I wanted to go Substage Musical venue, free parking in the area, friendly Staff and a surprising good breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is convenient for the music college which we were visiting and only a short walk to the tram stop.

Free parking behind the building when you arrive late. Self check in was easy. Great breakfast and nice staff. Very large room, a lot of space and spacious kitchen.
