The spa is open from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 15:30 and on Saturdays from 7:00 - 13:30.Please note that only guests staying at the property for more than three nights will receive a complimentary slippers and bathrobe.Please note that during International Film Festival Karlovy Vary the parking price is 25 EUR.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50€ per pet, per night applies. Hotel directly at the promenade, very helpfull and friendly stuff, will come again. Parking directly behind the hotel.
