Great location, easy walk to everything. It was very clean, comfortable beds and a giant bathroom with a tub and shower and the breakfast was very good. The parking was right next to the building and the lady at the reception was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Family room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff very welcoming.

room and private bathroom were ok, breakfast with a nice selection including hot food, the location was very convenient close to the main spa facilities and city attractions, convenient safe parking at the location

Very friendly lady at the reception. She didn't speak English, but we could still communicate in German (and hands and feet in my case). The hotel is well located, right next to the center, but it was quiet nonetheless. Breakfast included all the standard things one might like, such as yoghurt, some cereal, sausage, eggs, some types of bread...

THe staff is vey responsive and very pleasant to communicate with. The location of the hotel was excellent for us. A big plus: parking next to the hotel and for affordable price.

Fabulous location only 5 mins to everything. Nice old worldly hotel. Facilities basic but comfortable. Has a lift!!

the location is fantastic - very close to everything to visit in Karlovy Vary. the room was light and bright. the staff were very friendly and helpful.
