The hotel exceeded our expectations – it is comfortable and features well-developed and extensive spa facilities. The staff were very helpful. Although from the outside it looks like a Soviet-era building, the quality of maintenance and the level of comfort are up to modern standards. I can’t comment on the reasonableness of the prices during peak season, as we stayed during the off-peak period (March), but at that time, it was definitely worth the price.

Amazing experience at the outdoor swimming pool at night. Also very comfortable and spacious room, great selection for breakfast and overall very very nice memory.

Hotel is nice, we had access to the open swimming pool and saunas from the hotel, stuff is nice and helpful

Breakfast was great - a wide variety of delicious food. Thermal pools on the roof are amazing, especially in the winter. The indoor hotel wellness was also fine and the access to it was unlimited. The location is another big plus.

Breakfast was excellent, discounted parking (350 CZK/d) and whole-day pass for Saunia for 200 CZK (first two hours are) were quite cool and definitely worth it. Balcony is great as well! Hotel's spa center was OK - two small saunas, quite a nice pool and a whirlpool - with enough "beds" around to leave your belongings and chill later.

Location of hotel is optimal. Thermal open swimming pool ais one of the best in Karlovy Vary area. A very good breakfasts.

The Location is quite central. One can walk the entire city from the hotel. The breakfast was quite nice. The swimming pool and thermal bath were also quite nice.

Freshly renovated hotel, extremely comfortable, modern and simply beautiful, with beautiful views of the city center. We were a company of 7, and had booked three separate rooms, but were given connecting rooms for the kids and parents! Extremely helpful and polite staff! Delicious food at the restaurant! Excellent central location - it is perfectly located in between the historical center on one side and the shopping street on the other. Our visit was just after New Year's so there was still a Christmas market just outside the hotel, it was great fun for the kids and offered some local goodies for the adults! 😊 We alos tried the swimming pool, sauna, wellness center - all very nicely done and very professional!
