Very beautiful and really „royal“ room. Great view from windows. And all for relatively small price. Location is great, springs and parks nearby, lovely surroundings. Breakfast has good variety.

The staff was amazing and kind...she let us into our room early and made it possible for us to have two rooms next to one another. The location was excellent. Breakfast was decent, and the beds were extremely comfortable. What a little gem in a great location, just across from the grand hotel pupp!!

We loved this hotel, very beautiful decorations, in good location. Lot´s of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Possible to park Your car in reserved parking place (with additional fee) in front of the hotel, but You need to pre-order them when You book rooms.

Great hotel! Cozy, clean. Great breakfast. The personal is amazing! We had a personal issue, that we would never solve without help of the lady from the reception. She is super supportive and always positive and smiling! Hotel location is also great, calm and at the same time very close to the center.

Good breakfast. Hotel is quite close to the mineral water springs. They kept us a parking space in front of the hotel (but you have to pay for the parking).

The hotel is cozy, rooms are clean in a good condition, excellent breakfast. There is an elevator and only 2 steps on the main entrance (good for people with strollers, disabilities). very calm place. We loved everything

Very beautiful hotel decor, the room was a good size, bed and sofa very comfy, we arrived 2 hours before check-in time and were given a room right away. Breakfast was tasty and refilled if asked, going to the start of the breakfast at 8 am was very crowded, might have to wait for a table if you are not lucky, but if you come at 9.30-10.00 easy to get a table and not crowded at all. Woman serving at breakfast is very friendly. Some food maybe going out though. Worked out for us as there's only one day we needed to leave early, other days sleep in and go later was perfect. Location is good, walkable to the center in about 10 mins or bus to the train station just across the street from the hotel.
