The hotel is easy to find with lots and lots of parking on the top of the hill. Reception was friendly and helpful. The room was small and basic and reminded me very much of student accommodation, but it all worked well including the wifi and I slept well. Fair to good value.

The location is very convenient, close to city center and also close to spa facilities. Lovely viev of the mountains, peacefull surroundings, near the old cemetery an lovely nature walks. My room was very cozy with attached balcony, adjustable heat, daily cleaning and super comfortable bed. For the TV lovers, big screen smart TV was attached to the wall.

Large comfy room with fridge. Bathrooms are outdated looking but functional. The hot water and shower pressure were great! Free parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The parking was very important, so in that matter I got what I needed. Rooms are good, cleanliness also, and the location is alright, depending what your plans are, keeping in mind that the town is steep for walking. Overall experience is good and Karlovy Vary is beautiful.

The hotel is nicely located on the hill - so be prepared to climb a little when walking back from the town centre, there is a good parking possibility, breakfast is fine and the presonnel is nice (Anna).

Wifi signal is good, beds are vary spacious, several towels, gel and shampoo in a bathroom. The hotel is in a good place, you can easily reach main city attractions. There is an elevator. Parking is spacious too. I really really loved breakfast: cooked eggs, sausages, several types of bread, several types of jam, cereal, fruits, apple pie, cold apple or orange juice, water, super coffee from a machine, teabags. Super breakfast!!!
