A good hotel, with comfortable and spacious rooms. It was good to have spa facilities in the hotel (even if you had to walk through the labyrinth to find them 🤣) and a gym, with breakfast included. The hotel was up quite a lot of stairs/a steep road, but you got to know shortcuts over the stay. The main issue was some very unfriendly/cold staff, who could do with customer service training (although some of them were much nicer too).

I don't understand why I was offered to pay extra for swimming/sauna/gym as they are part of price for room at this hotel anyway.

Brilliant place. It was what I like. Great staff, they work so hard. I see them late in the evening and again at breakfast. They speak many languages and know the expectations of different cultures. Beautiful room, fantastic breakfast and the spa facilities were brilliant. A magical place in the winter and great value.

The hotel complex and gardens were beautiful. Located an uphill walk from the main strip it’s surrounded by immaculately kept hotels and spas. The Bristol Palace spa was lovely, very clean and peaceful. Room was big and spacious.

Comfortable large bed (2 together), plenty of hot water, free use of the spa facilities. Friendly staff who even gave one of us a little bit of birthday cake which was a lovely surprise.

The pool is great, the breakfast is nice and most of the staff is helpful. The massages offered are also exceptional.

Bristol Palace ist an old Hotel with Soviet chic. It is very well kept. Everything is neat and clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent room service. Decent breakfast. Polite Russian and sometimes German but very little English speaking staff. There is a parking place ( for a limited numer of cars), a swimming pool with chilly water, nice jacuzzi, sauna, hamam ( funtioned little weirdly but it did),fitness room ( never seen opened). Although the hotel is situated on a hill ( a good 15 min walk to the city centre), you can walk through the labirints of the Bristol complex atht intakes several hotels and you will find yourself in the city centre much quicker. Just use your card for the elevators in other hotels of the complex.
