Great location, nice hotel, very sophisticated, however the receptionist was rude when we were checking in. The spa center was cold, the swimming pool was cold considering the fact that there are hot springs meters away from the hotel. The spa center had hammam, steam and sauna, however only the sauna was working. The overall spa experience was not very satisfying.

Perfect location. Nice options for food 1 minute walking. Big, comfort and clean room. A bottle of wine for my birthday willingly. Clean and beautiful spa. We recommend this place.

Just about everything, loved the intimacy of the boutique - it meant that the facilities were always accessible- the pool is great, breakfast excellent and the staff and service were perfect.

The hotel is located in the center of Karlovy Vary, The rooms are very clean and have a nice overview over de city of Karelvy Vary. the breakfast is small but enough

The room was exceptional - very well decorated, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good - 2/3 egg options (plus a hidden omelette menu on top of the juice machine), french toast, fruit, patisseries, cereal. Enough for vegetarians. The sauna area was very well-maintained and well-decorated - one 6 person sauna, one steam room, swimming pool (with massage jets if you find the hidden buttons), relaxation area with 4 loungers. The bathrobes were comfortable, the staff were very friendly (German is the preferred language after Czech), and the location is incredible - right on the river so you are in the heart of Karlovy Vary.

The room was much better than we expected, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It was great for walking through the city, and enjoying a day here. Value for money - great!
