We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special mention goes to one of the receptionists—he was exceptionally helpful, polite, and professional, a level of service that is rare to find these days. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of high-quality dishes. The wellness facilities, including the pool and sauna, were well-maintained, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious. The location of the hotel was in the centre of the city so all the main sights were in walkable distance.

Jakub at reception was simply excellent. He noticed we were staying for one night and simply gave the best advice to male the most of our time there. Hotel and stay was pretty good given the tough competition there is.
