Location of the hotel is in the heart of Karlovy Vary. Everywhere is just a walking-distance. Our room is quite spacious, there's a kitchen and fridge, continental breakfast is included, and dogs are allowed in the hotel.

The staff was really welcoming and I had no issues checking in using English as they were all fluent. The rooms are huge and clean - exactly like in the pictures

The flat was cozy, there was a washing machine and kitchen. We got a great offer on booking and were actually surprised that also included breakfast. The view from the balcony was impressive (again, for the price we’ve got). It was really warm inside, large tv. It was certainly clean!

The hotel is well situated. The town is small, and the hotel is well situated - near the start of the all the hot springs and below the Saunia pool/sauna. The room was hygenic and clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was fine, but nothing to write home about. Would recommend.
