I had such a lovely stay here, the man on the front desk is so sweet and makes you feel at home. Everything was clean and comfy, and super close to everything you want to see in the town.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center. We have booked an appartment located in the 4th floor and that was a unique experience with high ceilings and old furnitures. We felt really comfortable and the personal was really friendly

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central pedestrian area of the city, where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops and amenities. There is also quick access to the hills above Karlovy Vary, where you can walk in a picturesque forest. Breakfast was standard for this type of hotel, the restaurant was quiet and not crowded. The hotel is cozy and we didn't have any issues.

Excellent location, easy to find and then to walk everywhere. Local town bus few minutes walking distance to catch if you don’t like to walk. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Very nice Room, separate bath room.

The location was great. The young man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The suite with balcony on the first floor was beautiful.

Hotel locates directly opposite well known Pupp grand hotel - it is positive impression. The room was clean and with high ceiling, the building is old-style with past century décor.

The reception went above and beyond, in helping with any requests. They booked spa treatments, offered perfect restaurant recommendations and gvave excellent guidance on crystal factory tours. The breafast was a buffet style, with freshly baked bread and, again, reception were there, on hand, for any questions or requests.
