The Chios Shallow Seas has well built, well-maintained units with comfortable beds and good amenities. George, the owner and manager, demonstrates great professionalism and hospitality that I appreciate it very much.

Wonderful owner, George, took care of everything for us. Kind and caring man. Spacious studio. Lovely garden. Comfortable bed. 10 minute walk to little town of Karfas.

Hotel is very clean and well designed. We had great time there. George was a great host. He shared information about many beautiful places to visit on the island. We liked all of his advices. Hotel is located very close to Karfas beach. If we go to Chios again we would like to stay again at shallow sea hotel. Thanks

The bed is really comfortable and anything you need like iron is available within the room. The location is really nice to stay -Karfas is a good location to accommodate. The rooms are very clean, and of course the host is such a helpful and kind person!

The cleanliness, equipment of the room, hosts and location were outstanding. George and the staff were very welcoming. The only place I will stay when I go to Chios again.

The hotel owner Yorgo, he's very helpful and friendly. He gives so many tips and info about the island and populer places to visit. We couldn't find the car for rent, but he solved our problem :) Room was very clean and big. Everything was great. Thanks for everything Yorgo ! Best wishes Özge

Great apartment and very helpful host.. Everything was perfect! I could relate to why people give 5 stars 😀 (close to beach, private car parking, sea view from our balcony, adequate kitchen equipment, also everything in the room was new and clean) Hope to come again another time..

The room we stayed in was enough for two people in size. Everything was considered in the kitchen, from a cutlery to a toaster. The room was clean and cool. The seating area that opens to the garden is very enjoyable. George is very friendly and welcoming. On the 2nd day, they gave us a local dessert of the island as a treat. It's a place I'd like to stay if I come again. Thanks for everything.

It was one of the most enjoyable stays I've had in a long time. We stayed with our three years old child. We did not expect the rooms to be so thoughtful, clean and new. The room is actually designed like an apart room because it has a kitchen, but it is so luxurious that you get the feeling of a hotel room. Kitchen equipment made our job very easy. I highly recommend the hotel, especially for families with children. We stayed in room number 301, the size and view of our balcony was very nice. Even on the balcony, everything was thought of; clothes hanger, pegs, basin... The hotel also had a self-service laundry service. We have never used it, but I think it will work, especially for those who stay for a long time. Thank you George for all your hospitality. (We reached Karfas by renting a car from Chios center. The journey takes 15 minutes. We found the location comfortable. Having free parking was also very good for us.)
