What a stunning location, beautifully designed and serviced accommodation and excellent staff. Panagiotis was so friendly and helpful, he really made our stay go smoothly and even helped us with beach towels and laundry. The views from our room and terrace were spectacular and breakfast was a delight.

We were delighted. The staff was excellent, and it was one of the most welcoming places we have stayed. Mr Panagiotis offered us both a welcome and goodbye gift, which was unexpected but an incredibly thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend it for couples.

The room was beautiful and view stunning. However, our terrace was very small and over looked. The breakfast is brought to your room, there was no table in our room and the terrace was too small, so eating breakfast was difficult in our room. Coffee and the hot dish were cold on arrival. No options or choice, very limited. Good to see local produce being used.

Second time in Tinos but first time in Kardiani and I will definitely visit again. The property is very well located and our host did his outmost to make us feel welcome and share his passion for the island. The room was small but had access to the most gorgeous terrace overlooking the Aegean. The breakfast was good, served at our preferred time at the room or the terrace. Good selection of drinks and snacks at the mini bar. Great value for money! Perivoli restaurant is just 5 minutes away and we really enjoyed their fabulous cousine twice.

The facilities with great and simple Greek style design. The amazing views from the terrace, from every window you open and especially from the roof. The amazing roof equipped with everything you need to relax, including a gorgeous small pool. But on top of all of that, amazing owners who did everything that they could to make our stay perfect. Panagiotis was more than the hotel owner he became a friend, helping us with everything we needed. He has amazing knowledge about history and a great partner for a good conversation. The location in the middle of one of the most beautiful villages in Tinos is a bonus as well. And last, Perivoli = a culinary jewl in the heart of kardiani 2 minute walk from the hotel that can easily be named the best tavern in Tinos and one of the best in Greece

Great rooms in a fantastic location - would strongly recommend staying in Kardiani, enjoying the view and walking through its streets. The room was really cozy and receiving the homemade breakfast in a box every morning, a real treat! Staff was really friendly, would visit again.

we couldn't have imagined staying in a better place. Amazing hospitality, breathtaking views and the rooms are in great harmony with the village's and island's architecture. Deserves a perfect rating and when we come back to Tinos, we will only stay there again!
