Hotel staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus service to the centre for visiting Karbala shrines. Nice roof terrace with views over the city.

We had a really good experience staying at Karbala Rayhaan Hotel. The room was clean the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had good variety of stuff to choose from. They also offer shuttle service every hour to the haram and back which was really helpful, although its only 10-12 minutes walk.

Very nice and modern rooms, the bus service was very prompt, location is really good. We had rooms with decent outlook. Super friendly and helpful staff.

A Warm and Welcoming Stay Our stay at the Karbala Rayhaan Hotel & Suites was truly delightful. From the moment we were greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff, especially Zeenat, we felt welcomed and well-cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Ali Haider was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation for our sightseeing in Karbala and our onward journey to Najaf, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. We were impressed by the overall service quality of the staff at the Karbala Rayhaan Hotel & Suites. A special thanks to Ali Haider and Zeenat for their exceptional customer service. You both are true assets to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karbala.

Good staff, beds very comfortable, rooms were clean, great facilities. Shuttle service was very good and runs every hour but would be really nice if it runs every 30 minutes. Walking from the hotel door to Ghaazi Abbas's entry door is 18 minutes normal walking. Bus Drops at approximately 3-4 minutes walk from Ghaazi Abbas's haram.

A double room costs $70. If there are two of you, $35 seems to be valuable considering the excellent breakfast service, round trip service to the holy shrine and dry and wet senate.
