FANTASTIC client service both in the reception and Sierra restaurant. I really enjoyed the food&drink as well as chill out zone in 2nd floor of the hotel. On top of everything you have mountain view in the morning :-)

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, kindly staff at recetion. Large sitting area outside and inside with mountain views. Very good breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, they spoke english very well. They helped you out with tours ect. Also do laundry. Rooms were clean. The coffee place is super cool, great coffee and food. oh and the view into the mountain range is great at the chill area. Thank you!

Comfy room with good aircon (this was essential when we were in Karakol - it was super hot!). Staff spoke a bit of English. Cafe on site. Clean. Breakfast was really good. Easy to walk everywhere. We also liked the little bar outside - not sure if this is part of the hotel or not but it was lovely sitting out there surrounded by apricot trees!

Ended up staying 9 nights..wonderful , friendly and helpful staff...had many great conversations...Karakol excellent base to explore the wider area... plenty of nearby hiking areas, ski resort top, great views, lake beach nearby, thermal springs....frosted glasses made for great cold beer...wide variety on the menu..enjoyed the Dungan food..classic Sunday animal market nearby ...comfortable sofas to relax on in the common areas...

The staff in hotel and hotel restaurant/cafe was nice and friendly, the shared spaces are very nicely decorated, it feels alive. Breakfast options are great (I would only prefer little more for drink options) and food very tasty. Bed comfy despite the look.
