whole Property is still under construction but the bedroom is nicely renovated. Nice owner feels like going back home. my kids love them

It was a really home-like experience. The landlady even helped us with the flu, gave us medicine and tea, and overall made our stay really pleasant after being for a week under the tent. Thank you very much!

very very home stay. you will feel that you are visiting your big family and the owner with his boss, as he calls his wife, will do everything to make you satisfied and enjoy Karakol and the surrounding area

Great stay, very hospitable hosts who were very kind and flexible. Felt like staying with family! The heating was not working on the day I arrived but Askar very kindly brought a mobile portable heater for me.

Fantastic man Askar - he is the owner! Hé meet us with his car! We lost way and taxi bring us to another hotel Amir! Askar was very hospitality!

We stayed one night in Emir’s guest house and we loved it! We felt like home, Emir and his parents are so lovely hosts and we reccomend to visit it! Thank you for hospitality we will definitely come back.

An absolutely wonderful guesthouse with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very kind and hospitable - I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Karakol to stay here. I wish I stayed more than one night.

Probably the best hosts we ever had on our travels!! Very kind, helpful and generous people who welcomed us like we were their family and not guests. They gave us amazing food and offered us tea multiple times without that ever being included in the price we paid. Honestly felt sad leaving the property. The house is still being worked on but the rooms are very clean and spacious, having everything you need. The hosts also offer a laundry washing service for a small fee which is convenient for backpackers like us. Amazing value for money
