The capsules themselves are pretty comfortable and offered privacy when the curtain was closed. There were plugs and a private light in the capsule. Laundry is cheap. The location is excellent.

The hostel was clean and conveniently located. It is a good base for travelling around Karakol. The lady was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We were able to do laundry here and store excess gear whilst doing the Ak Suu traverse.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, great to talk with and genuinely interested in helping people. The hostel is well-located and secure. We left our spare gear here for seven days while we did the Ak Suu transverse. There was no extra cost. The wifi was good enough to handle a Microsoft Teams meeting to Australia. Close to lots of great food and central to the major Mashrutka stations.

Nice and tidy hostel with a very friendly and helpful owner. You can also leave your luggage there for the duration of your hike.

The host was amazing, gave loads of tips for food and travelling and we just chatted casually. She speaks very good English. The hostel was very clean and functional with a big fridge and kitchen. We also did our laundry here for 100som (great price).

Amaizing hostel. Everything you need. The owner knows Everything you ask and need. She can help you with anything. Really recomend this place if you staying in Karakol!

This hostel has a nice environment and very comfortable beds. The common areas are cosy and specious. The staff was available and welcoming. It is located quite centrally and close to tourist information offices.
