Average hotel in a tower block and a messy part of town. They agreed to pick me up from the airport for extra money but were late and they asked me to find their car in a carpark. Absolute shambles.

We liked this hotel so much we stayed an extra night! The customer service from the staff is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel! Before you arrive you get added into a whats app group with all the staff. Anything you need, you msg/leave a voice note in the group, and they deal with it within seconds!

They deserve 10 stars and 10/10. All staff are very co operative. u can call them and they will do every effort to accomodate.they have every in house facility in hall like mini fridge,water dispenser,oven and iron. They put every effort for early smooth check inn. wifi and complementary breakfast are big ♥️. Must visit them again and will recommend them to every one.

Yes I feel much cofortable here.I stayed here for 24 hours and I feel each and every thing OK.Especially AC performance v Good and Clean Environment than other hotels.Staff is very supportive and I give 9 /10 marks to their services.

Very clean and spacious.. perfect 2 bedroom for a family with kids .. located in main clifton area wich was the highlight of the property.. the staff was very welcoming and always there when needed help.
