Really comfortable hotel in centre , really close to station, the only thing that wasn’t great was the WiFi so couldn’t watch tv , but this didn’t really bother too much as overall good comfort, I would recommend this hotel .

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff very kind! They agreed to keep my suitcase on the last day after check-out which was very accommodating for me! I had taken the room without window and parking and there was actually a window in my room (which overlooks a kind of interior courtyard so it does not bring in light but allows the room to be ventilated if necessary)! As a young woman alone I felt safe! I will definitely go back!

This was the best stay in Taiwan, especially if you're on a budget. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the beginning, even helping us with our bags and printing some documents. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. I had been in Taiwan for three weeks, and this was finally a clean hotel—no mold, no dust, and a clean air conditioner. We had a room with no windows, though it technically had one that faced an inner block, so there wasn't much natural light. The cherry on top was having HBO in English and two UK power sockets.
