The location of the hotel is excellent and probably no 1. The hotel is on the busiest street, but lacks restaurant facility, so have to go outside to have tea also. No car parking facility etc. The hotel offers only bed facility with one veg restaurant opposite to it offering all the food items albeit at a very high rate and looting needy visitors. Currently there are many hotels like sea view that boasts of an excellent inhouse restaurant, bar and parking facility almost 100 meter to the entrance of vivekanand memorial.

The location is excellent , minutes away from Vivekanand Memorial entrance. The delux room had beautiful seaview and the lit memorial along with Thirumal statue looked stunning at night. We coukld watch the sunrise from terrace without the need of going out.

This stay is close to boat ferry drive to vivekananda rock memorial , close to Kanyakumari temple, close to shopping, awesome food @ opposite restaurant saravana , nice sunrise and sunset view from hotel rooftop
