The rooms were very clean. The staff (particularly the General Manager, Suresh) was extremely co-operative and helpful and was always available when needed. The staff at the restaurant (Robin and Yashwant) were super nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff are attentive and friendly. A small note for future guests: room cleaning needs to be requested via the digital screen, which we didn’t realize at first and were surprised when our room wasn’t serviced—completely our mistake. Overall, a great experience, and we highly recommend this hotel!

Had a very good experience from the rooms they gave to us. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile on their face especially Mr Krishna kumar was so kind to us and was so friendly. Loved the ambience, pool and the breakfast as well. Very easily locatable as well

The rooms were clean. Spacious and well thought out . The decor of the hotel is elegant and artistic . But the most important part is the warm welcoming attitude of the staff who did everything to make our stay comfortable. We arrived quite late, thanks to our great roads and the floods . When we arrived at around 1 am, the staff members were to welcome us and.make our stay memorable and enjoyable. We shall return to savour the facilities
