We liked the location and was very happy with the VFM offered by the hotel. The balcony and the aspect was fantastic. The manager and the staff tried to make our stay comfortable, probably due to the fact that we had a long wait for our first breakfast due to severe staff shortage.

Overall, View360 is a good option for a short stay. The rooms are quite spacious for at least 2-3 people and the place is clean. It is located uphill in Kandy, therefore, the view from the room is beautiful. The staff are polite and helpful.

The rooms were great and service was also really good. The manager was really attentive and supportive towards our needs as well. Overall a great place to go and get some rest while enjoying the other places in kandy.

We liked everything ♥️ staff was very helpful and polite, and the swimming pool was good in size. Each area was very clean. We also have full body aroma massage, which was really relaxing and comfortable. Staff recommend tuk-tuk taxi , who took as to most beautiful places around and help our experience to be excellent. We are very happy with staying there and will definitely come again.

Very beautiful hotel with a nice view. The rooftop infinity pool is also very nice. Calm, romantic & lovely place. highly recommended. Staff also very helpful & humble. Suresh & Nalaka help us always. The food is delicious.

Bed was comfortable and all facilities were available even though we didn’t use the pool in gym so I don’t know the condition of them. Staff was always friendly.

Purple & pink decor was fun. The staff were lovely especially Tuan who let us use a small room for free because our flight wasn't till the evening The food was good & breakfast was nice
