The pool area is so peaceful, we loved relaxing here in the afternoons. The staff are so helpful and friendly, the food is amazing, would definitely recommend.

Incredible views, lovely pool (shame it was cold/rainy so we didn’t get to use it!) and very lovely staff. When we arrived I was unwell following the journey, and they arranged for us to check in early. Even though I was too unwell to explore Kandy and so spent the whole time in the room, I was still able to admire the view! Very comfy bed and gorgeous bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very clean and nice. We had the deluxe with a great view. Good breakfast. They have sauna included and it was great.

Amazing stay in this small boutique hotel. The staff were warm, friendly and courteous. The food was well presented and very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable, with hillside views of Kandy as you sat in your jacuzzi. Would recommend fully and stay again.

We splashed out and booked the penthouse suite with half board and our overnight stay at The Theva Residency was a highlight of our trip to Sri Lanka. The apartment was gorgeous (with views to die for) and the food & service top class. We could not fault this place and would highly recommend.

The staff was amazingly friendly and attentive. The location is up the hill, and very calm, you hear just animals, no cars, no traffic, that’s what we appreciated a lot. Once we had dinner at the hotel and it was superb. Try the ginger pudding as desert and homemade coconut ice team. We recommend this place!
