The Golden Crown hotel was absolutely stunning and honestly exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like a five-star experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the offerings at the hotel restaurant, where we had breakfast, but also decided to have two additional dinners — both of which were absolutely fantastic. On top of that, the hotel surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made my special day even more memorable. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful!

Nice place & great food. Trying to organise day trips & taxis was a little difficult considering this was 5 star , so sourced outside the hotel.

The pools are amazing and the buffet breakfast is delicious. We did a city tour and the driver was fantastic. All the staff were polite and friendly, including Sivaraj.

We enjoyed our experience at this hotel. The hotel was clean and had all the facilities we required. Excellent customer experience provided by concierge Dananjay and Sivaraj, reception staff, cleaning staff etc. Nothing was too much. We hope to visit

The location is in a quiet area, peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. The place is superb, everything about our stay was amazing: the facilities, the staff, the food, totally recommend it.

Staff - After switching to this hotel at the last minute, I was blown away by the exceptional front desk staff and management. They managed to secure us a room upon arrival and provided an extra bed for our child. Restaurant- This is one of the best selection of foods we have seen in most hotels around the world. The options and quality were first class. Both breakfast and dinner options from the buffet were exceptional. Pool - Lovely infinity pool in the sun. What more could you ask for!? :)

Great quiet location, spacious and clean rooms. Staff was very kind and helpful. Pool area was perfect for relaxation and gym was well equipped.
