We had a great stay in Kandy! The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, affordable, comfortable, calm place and best room view. Breakfast is abundant and tasty.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my brief stay at The Castle. One of the best aspects is its location up on a hill above the smog and traffic noise of Kandy, but still close enough to visit the centre and other attractions. And the view is fabulous.

This place is a perfect example how a person can make the whole experience amazing. In this case it was the owner- Koshali. She was solving problems quickly and was extremely professional. I couldn’t help to ask her if she’s used to work at some high-end resort, but she said that she hasn’t. So the experience was as in 5 stars hotel, the room had clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, a kettle, cups and glasses, small fridge, coffee and tea.. and the views were stunning! The water in the pool was cool, but clean and I enjoyed a swim in the morning. I’d highly recommend this place, as I’ m definitely going to return there myself! Thank you so much for the great service!
