Very spacious apartment with plenty of room for a family of four and small kitchenette to heat/cook food. Lovely view of Kandy from the balcony. It's far enough from city centre's bustle, yet near enough for us to take a rest in between sightseeing. Great value for money.

The host, Rumaiz, was welcoming and helpful. We reached the property around 10:30 PM. The apartment was big, spacious, and clean. The living room and one of the bedrooms had balconies facing a hill. It was a full homely feeling with the availability of kitchen with all necessary utensils. There is no passenger lift, but they have a setup to lift your luggage to the higher floors. The roads to the property are narrow, and the good thing is that the property has parking available.

Breakfast was not included. Rook was very good and having all facilities starting from Kitchen / Washing machine / Iron / Hair dryer / TV etc. Stayed in 3rd Floor and having lifting facilities for luggage.

Large and perfectly well equipped apartment; Water available for free and for purchase; Luggage elevator as the apartments are on the 2/3 floor; Paid TV - we watched our premier league game there :) Nice balcony with lovely view;

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay apartment. The space was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and came equipped with all the essential amenities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Though the location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy, it’s perfect for those seeking peace and quiet without any noise or disturbances. The owner and caretaker were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. This was our second time here, and it’s become our go-to place for family visits to Kandy (we were a group of 5 adults). It’s by far the most cost-effective option we’ve found, offering both comfort and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a serene escape just outside the city.

The place is very clean and comfortable. It also has a very calm environment. The staff and the owner are very friendly and deal with customers professionally. Highly recommended for couples or families looking for a calm, comfortable stay around Kandy. Note: Because the location is situated in an apartment complex, you are not allowed to use loud music, hold parties, or host events. Please adhere to their policies.

Big apartment (2rooms) with two bathrooms and big CLEAN kitchen! Breakfast was tasty and the location great - a little bit out of the center what we like and up the hill so when you wake up you see nature and hear birds! The hosts gave us a free ride to the train station and was so kind and great with giving us all the advice about pickme app and tuktuk and what to see and when. Really great stay!
