Excellent historical hotel! You really can feel and see the long tradition all over the hotel. It’s like stepping one hundred years back.

The location, the history of the building, the elevator, mostly warm showers, the large room, clean sheets and bathroom.

Great central location and lovely colonial feel to this hotel. Room overlook the temple of the tooth and the lake, very iconic. Generous room, comfortable. Nice bar area for evening drinks, the kids enjoyed the pool. Kids room had some rather noisy neighbours, which isn’t hotels fault.

Old world charming Hotel in the heart of kandy. Loved the pool in the garden, the friendly staff and spacious room with tub.

Great location in kandy, close to temple tooth and the main part of the city, love the old history of the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a nights stay

Fabulous old hotel, needs a lot of love to be lavished on it and then I am sure it could be restored to its former glory. Location excellent, traffic a bit noisy but what do you expect for city centre. I liked the pool and loved the ambience of the hotel.
