Spacoius and clean rooms. Nice and very helpful staff. Good location, walking distance to the city center. Tasteful english breakfast. Highly recommended.

We liked everything. The staff (probably the owners and their family members) are super nice, our triple room was super big and very clean with a small balcony and view over the mountains and the lake.you will see monkeys too walking on the wires but we were on the 5th floor so it was far enough. There is a very nice lift. Furniture seemed new , toilet is very good and the hot water was perfect from the shower. The air con is very strong. You will probably not need it a lot as Kandy is 500 m above sea level so it's not very hot in my opinion. The location is nice too ,a few minutes walk from the lake, 2 minutes away from a local restaurant and 3 minutes from a good pizzeria. Breakfast was very good at Janora Hills(not included, but worth paying for it). The room rate is very good quality for the price paid. They have a restaurant too on site but we tried it only for breakfast. Overall 10/10 for this hotel

Room is spacious and comfortable . A short walk away from the lake. 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff is exceptional .
