Fabulous stay. Decent location just 15 walk from center. WiFi and AirCon was great. The view was amazing and the balcony had a kitchen with microwave & refrigerator. Owner was very nice and the property was well maintained and had a nice garden. Well recommended property 👌

Sarath was a great host and provided a beautiful Sri Lankan breakfast. The room was modern & clean with a fridge.

Owner was so lovely and the location was great, just up the hill. The owner arranged a swim at a hotel nearby for me which was great (1,000 rupees). The room was clean and the hot water worked.

- the host was very nice, easygoing and gave me good tips - the view from the balcony is wow - it has several good restaurants nearby - it was clean and had everything a person might need, would love to come back with more time

The host of the hotel is truly a professional! He was very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. His warm and attentive approach made the stay feel very comfortable and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and excellent amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and even a tea and coffee set. Cleanliness throughout the room and hotel was top-notch. The hotel is ideally located — within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and restaurants. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the local atmosphere without any hassle.

We had a lovely stay at Marvel Hills. It’s close to town, the station and there are a couple of restaurants a 3 minute walk up the hill. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was very welcoming to his home and approachable when we needed to reach out. He immediately sorted out an issue in the room at 9pm and even gave us a lift to the station the next day. We would definitely stay here again

The property was in the perfect location, close to town but set out far enough for it to be super tranquil. The room had its own front garden, surrounded by gorgeous plants and greenery. The host made me feel so welcome and at home.

Marvel Hills exceeded our expectations. What a truly lovely homestay. The owner went out of his way to help us out with luggage storage and extra night there. Location was fabulous as the local bus stop is very close and cheap to use and frequent. We had a room with balcony overlooking Kandy hills. The room was very spacious with kitchenette on balcony and fridge/freezer. The grounds and garden were immaculate. We will be recommending this gem to family and friends and will definitely be back one day soon. 10/10
