We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. My husband had a toothache and they kindly gave us clove and painkillers — they definitely didn’t have to do that, but it shows how genuinely kind they are. From the reception to the restaurant, every single staff member was polite and attentive. The view and location of the hotel are absolutely stunning. The rooms are very spacious, clean enough, and comfortable. If you’re staying here, make sure to book a lake view room — it’s 100% worth it! Thank you for everything!

Location wise is great. Breakfast buffet options is basic. The crew are very friendly. Unfortunately, they are shooting the monkeys during breakfast and we felt unsafe. Our children and other guests are also around having breakfast.

Property is within easy walking distance of town, the Temple of the Tooth and nearby lake. The staff were incredible especially Mekalah at front reception who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and Shehan, their driver who also went above and beyond to help us see everything we wanted.

Great location right by the lake, with a great view from the terrace. Good buffet breakfast too.

Hotel close to the city center. Not so far from the road but once at night it’s quit. Temple of the tooth is just across the lake so not far. Ask for an umbrella at the reception to avoid bird “drops” along the lake :) located next to a beautiful park with immense trees.

The room with excellent views the breakfast served on the roof again with excellent views and the room itself good size with coffee making facilities oh yes and the monkeys on the balcony.

Excellent location right near the lake. The staff were extremely helpful. Even prepared a take away breakfast as we had to leave early. Little bit of noise on the evening but that will be everywhere in central kandy. Would recommend.

Staying at. Lotus View was like visiting your family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always available whenever we needed anything. We were looked after well! I especially loved their coconut pancakes! Great location ,close to the centre and beautiful views over the lake!
