Wonderful place in the jungle. Nice hosts, good breakfast and very clean. Simple room but comfortable, with attention to detail in the styling.

A very personal hotel with an French owner. A calm location close to the jungle away from the busy streets in Kandy yet very close to reach with Tuc Tuc. The restaurant with the eminent chef, cook superb French and Sri Lankan dishes, Included excellent matched wines.A very nice breakfast is served with toast, omelett, fruit plate and a fresh smoothie as well with tropical fruits. All this can be enjoyed to the sound of the jungle. Staff is very service minded and friendly. I did really enjoy staying at this hotel and for the price it is ”a no brainer”

Although the hotel was 15 min away from the city, it was like heaven. We were in the heart of the jungle. It is one of the best for those who seek silence, tranquility and nature. The manager was very kind and helpful, he arranged a very good tour with an excellent tour guide. For us، they made Sri Lanka memorable.

We loved feeling like we were in the middle of nature. Kandy was loud and busy and this was a perfect escape. A highlight was our tuktuk tour with Isuru, would highly recommend a day out with him! He was wonderful and showed us around the best bits of Kandy. Dinner was delicious and we greatly appreciated being able to get a delicious glass of wine. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and we were able to enjoy the pool but being in the middle of the jungle the unpredictable weather is part of the charm!!

This place is an absolute GEM! A peaceful haven, with jungle vibes, away from the chaos of the city below. Staff are very friendly and helpful, delicious breakfast and dinner, lovely room and great to have a pool to cool down in after a long train ride! We came with a 4 yr old and he loved it as much as we did! Highly recommend!

An idyllic spot surrounded by jungle like vegetation. Wonderful birdlife and hosts who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Delicious in house dining.

Idyllic setting surrounded by the sound of the birds and monkeys , a hideaway above the hustle and bustle of Kandy - very comfortable , spacious rooms , really efficient staff and graceful hosts . The food was excellent although a little more expensive than other places visited and the place is a bit difficult to find up the mountain side roads but worth the effort ; all in all a beautiful haven
