My wife and i were only planning to stay in Kandy for two nights, however because we loved this hotel so much we stayed another night. The manager was so friendly and attentive, he made sure we were always happy. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. Easy access to the city and far out enough that it was quiet. Plus, it had a great view. The last day we had to leave early to catch a train, not giving us enough time to have breakfast. The staff packed us up a takeaway breakfast, easy enough to eat on the train.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to take full advantage of the beautiful hotel, but the room was spacious and very clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. We did have a lovely breakfast on the terrace which was beautiful. I would recommend Kingsman House.

Wonderful breakfast. Attentive staff. Large balconies for breakfast and comfortable chairs for relaxing and playing games. Thanks Maxie and staff for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful new building renovated 2 years ago. Staff are exceptional and take every opportunity to make your experience enjoyable. Breakfast is lovely and set outside in the courtyard that is pretty and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Kingsman was a lovely place to stay in so many ways. Spacious rooms, fabulous views across to the mountains outside of Kandy town, clean, great food and especially the staff. Xavier, Maxi and Anthony were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful and made my stay feel safe and enjoyable - I would definitely return here.

From the very fast and always friendly communication to the perfectly customer-orientated service on site, we were very impressed by Kingsman House. It's a bit off track - 10 minutes by tuktuk - but therefore very quiet with a very good view. The rooms are basic but well equipped. The breakfast is more than ample and a dream on the outdoor terrace.
