Great place run by a fantastic team of hosts. Slightly apart from the town center in a calm and nice neighborhood, but in walkable distance. Rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. I had a lovely stay, thanks again!

Great place with lot of antiques kept in the place. It had great style & class & was very reasonable priced. It is pretty close to the market too. The staff were very cordial &helpful. We will certainly there again during our next bisit

Great staff, amazing food (if you order 2h ahead of time, you get great curry). The owners and the manager are very helpful. The hotel is clean, quiet and has nice views.

The stay was overwhelming! Very nice staff who were happy to give tips for the excursions. Clean hotel and clean rooms. They even cooked "Rice and Curry" in the evening! Really exceptionally good and highly recommended! Taxi for the onward journey was also organised!

The staff were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and could not do more for you. Calm, so peaceful, beautifully decorated in traditional style. Amazing selection of curries served at lunchtime. This is from someone not mad about curry at lunchtime - I’m converted! Incredible flavours but not hot - amazing. Omelettes, pancakes, fresh fruit for breakfast. Michael is the kindest, most professional gentleman who could not do more for us at mealtimes. Vijinta was extremely helpful, welcoming and again, nothing was too much trouble. The two boys were just the sweetest! Smiling constantly and the best welcome and looking after you could ask for. Simply gorgeous place and people.

What’s not to like? Beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of Kandy. The grounds were beautifully kept. The decor excellent, lots of teak furniture. The rooms were simple but again elegant and had a colonial feel to them. We had lunch and breakfast in the hotel. It was well prepared fare. The lunch rice and curry was delicious. We ordered string hoppers one day for breakfast and pittu the next - both delicious. The staff at this hotel were so friendly, helpful and incredibly polite. Thank you to the two young men - Lakshan and Sachin, plus Vijita who made us very welcome. Special thanks to Charles whose knowledgeable, calm, warm personality brought the peaceful spirit of this little oasis to life.

A beautiful property in a lovely relaxing tranquil location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the evening meal was delicious. A short walk into town and a cheap tuk Tuk ride back, would recommend.
