The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our rooms were at the very top which gave us a great view of Kandy. As an older woman I was grateful that the staff helped carry my suitcase up the stairs.

Lovely views. Clean facilities with large bedroom and bathroom. Nice location to be out of the business of the city but still an easy walk into town, downhill.

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was fine and just as I expected – clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing – limited options and not very varied. This is definitely an area that could be improved.

Lovely quaint hotel on the top of the hill. It is clean, has amazing views of Kandy and lovely, friendly staff. Definitely a no frills accommodation but whilst travelling solo it was perfect but also caters for twin or family room.

Lovely view from delightful hotel. Has a very small pool that looked inviting but we didn't have time for a swim. Lovely breakfast. Room a good size. Very quiet at night. Long walk to city but it was pleasant.

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. We had problems with our train tickets from Bookaway, and they helped us to sort them out. The view to the lake was gorgeous. Bedrooms were spacious. Would have been nice to have a wardrobe with some hangers but we were only there for 2 days

Beautiful views over looking the lake. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Great place to stay if you want to be close by away from the noise of the city.
