Really friendly staff who would help with all queries quickly! Very clean and good location. We were lucky enough to be invited to share the desserts made from the culinary class one afternoon!!

I appreciate the way I was received when I went. I went alone. I felt very confident about my safety. The woman looking after me was very friendly and provided me with all the facilities I needed to the best of my ability. Because of the service and security that I received as a woman, I would say that it is a place where anyone can go and stay without fear. And the way I took care of the food and drinks I needed. All the necessary things were delivered on time. Kingray hotel by TBS is the best place in the city for anyone to stay. A place with all facilities, very clean, beautiful surroundings.
