As a family of four two adults and two teenagers, We booked a superior and standard room. This really is a guest house and our two rooms came off the main living area where the owners live. The standard room was very basic, whilst it had a kettle, the plug was near the ceiling! Comical. Superior room had bigger bathroom. It is a bit out of Kandy, but short tuk tuk ride for 500 rupees gets you into town. Showers had old Singer hot water cylinders and these did not work whilst we were there. No hot water tap in sinks either makes hard to shave. Note this property has both the old and new style of plugs. Breakfast included.

Hotel is located quite away from city center, what guaranty quiet and peace. They have nice garden where you can chill and rest. Personel is very kind and helpful.

Very nice, cozy garden, a real breather in comparison to the busy city. The owners were nice and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Food was good and not very spicy, though it wasn’t anything special.

Very warm welcome. Super helpful. Simple but wholesome breakfast. 10 minutes from centre of town by tuktuk. We had use of the kitchen as well which was super generous. Local shops at bottom of road. We would definitiely stay here again.
