Lovely place to stay , great location . Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us . Good breakfast too . We ate dinner one night , it was very nice . If staying and you want to do trips out and around the town ask for Chris . He’s a very knowledgeable and friendly person . Nothing is too much trouble . He definitely added to the Kandy experience.

We have booked last minute, staff was so helpful, clean and tidy place, close the city center and temple tooth relic. We had “kiri bath”, sri lankan food was really taste.

Best location, super reasonable price and very friendly staff. Of course the main point is that you have a chance to feel the previous century in real life! Absolutely lovely experience!

I loved the warm, homely atmosphere of the property. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, giving a home-cooked feel. The service was outstanding—every small detail was taken care of, making us feel truly welcome. The property also has a unique charm with its collection of antique items, almost like a mini museum. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place, perfect for a family getaway.

Good breakfast, very nice hotel. I like the style of the lounge. Very nice environment. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious with nice furniture. The bed is clean and comfortable. I would like to stay again.

A charming heritage building with a wonderful collection of antiques and photographs. The well tended garden is visited by birds, squirrels and monkeys! The Sri Lankan breakfast is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort and extraordinary value for money, this fits the bill.
