A very nice hotel, clean and well organized. Everyone of the hotel team went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The pool is fantastic and we loved the breakfast. Also highly recommendable is the tuk tuk city tour organized by the hotel. In one day we have seen everything we wanted. Thank you very much to all the team members!

The staff were definitely the highlight! Particularly Sathsara who was catering to our every need from sunrise to sundown. He was truly such a pleasure. The location was also in such a beautiful, quiet area and wasn’t far from the town centre at all! The food at the hotel was also fantastic!!! Can’t fault it ☺️

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely walk to massage place. Pool was really nice with tropical jungle view. The staff were very genuine. Had one on one yoga and meditation before sunrise with local gentleman who showed us his herb garden and how he makes his Ayurvedic oils on the premises. Definitely recommend.

The room and bathroom were huge with both a fan and air con. Breakfast was fresh fruit and an omelette with toast. Lots of everything, all served with a smile. I didn’t use the pool as I was only there one night and it was pouring with rain. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the poor chap who got up early to get me breakfast in case I got a last minute train ticket. Nothing was too much trouble. They even took me to the station by tuk tuk when mine didn’t arrive.

Great location - you are a quick tuktuk drive away from the city center, but far away enough to feel that you are in a calm place, away from all Kandy mess. The staff was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The room is very good - very comfortable beds, nice bathroom with bathtub. The breakfast was okay. I can't eat eggs, and they found it difficult to find an alternative (which was a thing I didn't expect taking into account the price of the stay..). When booking they say you have right to a 20 min massage but then no one mentions that during your stay and when I asked for it, they said I had to go to a place nearby -- the information was a bit confusing so I ended not going. In short, is a good place to stay if you want to be close to Kandy but far away enough to have a nice rest.

I had the most wonderful stay. The room was gorgeous - comfy beds, lovely shower and excellent wifi. The rooftop pool was also fabulous with incredible views and the restaurant food was delicious. The staff were all so lovely, especially Charuka who was very attentive and lovely to chat to. They arranged a tuk tuk driver to give me a tour of Kandy and a taxi to my next place. My room also included a 20 minute free massage which was lovely. I would absolutely recommend Ceylon Ayu Resort, I had the most fabulous stay.

The location was stunning, and in easy access of Kandy main centre. Our room was large and well fitted out with amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were flexible with late checkout. Brilliant free massage with booking.

Incredibly spacious rooms, we were given connecting family rooms with a fully stocked kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Satsare (sorry if I spelled it incorrectly). Rooftop pool with great views, delicious breakfast and dinner (accommodating even a one-year old). Clean, strong a/c and no mosquitoes. Large bathroom with hot water, shower and separate tub.
