Location was great. The room was rather spacious, and the staff at the reception was polite and nice. They set aside a balcony for smoking, so it was great that we did not have cigarette smells in the room.

We had the pleasure of staying at Cafe Aroma Inn during our visit to Kandy, and the highlight of our experience was Ashan, the outstanding and incredibly sympathetic gentleman at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Ashan made us feel right at home with his warm demeanor and charming personality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Not only did he arrange all our day trips flawlessly, but he also followed up with us to make sure we were safe and thoroughly enjoying ourselves. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests is truly commendable. Ashan’s knowledge of the area and his excellent recommendations made our time in Kandy unforgettable. Whether it was organizing transportation, suggesting local attractions, or simply being there with a friendly smile, he consistently exceeded our expectations.
