Very clean room with a beautiful view up on the hill. Good restaurant with friendly staff. Big terrace you can sit and relax on. Easy to access to city by walking or taking a tuktuk.

We stayed in October for 2 nights at kandy.Blinkbonnie Inn is located perfectly facing the kandy lake although at some height. Hosts were very warm specially Steven and we had superb Sri Lankan breakfast. Room were basic but clean.
