A well-presented mid-price family-run homestay in a leafy neighbourhood above Kandy. The 3 rooms are simple but comfortable, with private bathrooms, fans and aircon. The largest room has a private balcony; the other rooms share a small terrace. Tasty meals are available. The host family is helpful. To reach the guesthouse, you should be prepared for a 20-minute uphill walk from the town centre, or to hire a tuk-tuk: you will appreciate the calm and the clean air when you arrive.

Great location just outside the city’s busy streets, yet walkable. Our room was spacious and with a lovely view. Bed was comfortable. The family is lovely, caring and speaks very good English.

I was given a very warm welcome. I had a western style breakfast one day and a Sri Lankan one on the second day. The room was spacious and just down the hall there is a door that leads to an outdoor balcony with pretty lights , table and chairs and a view over Kandy. The walk downhill into Kandy.

Very friendly and helpful host. Came to pick us up from Sigiriya. Gave valuable recommendations on Kandi attractions. Helped us to get around town and organized further transfer to Ella through Nuwara Elia. Delicious breakfast and lunch.

The hosts were amazing and made me very comfortable. Rasika sir helped me with travel arrangements and checked on me even after I left Kandy. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, although not easily accessible from the city center and gets dark in the evenings.

The owners are very helpful and attentive. They helped us organise our activitities. We had lunch there. It felt like we came for Sunday lunch to my mothers home. They prepared many local dishes which were delicious.

Owners are welcome, room is convenient, has everything needed. Quiet green location on top of a hill, rent a tuk tuk to get there- 5 mins from railway station.
