The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing , the location with amazing sightseeing. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean , the kitchen with nice and tasty local products

Everything. The building is so beautiful and recluse. Its heated with a wood stove so the whole building smells like a cozy fireplace.

I love everything about this hotel - the location, the history, the character, the staff, the restaurant. All away from modernity (although they do have wifi and phone signal). The rooms have such genuine character and are the antithesis of modern commercial hotels but have everything you would need. Our room had shared bathroom which was all very clean and pleasant. I am looking forward to staying here again and again - please don't change anything! The staff were really warm, welcoming and lovely.

We like the fact that the Chalet was lost in the mountains. It was refreshing and breathtaking due to the beauty of the place !

Outstanding location, with a beautiful and magical drive! The hotel is very charming as well, clean and has very delicious food! The staff is super friendly too and easy going. Overall, it is one of the best places I have stayed in Switzerland!
