The staff were very helpful, offering and supplying breakfast boxes when needed. The rooms are large, clean and tidy. The bed is hard which we like. The location suited as it was a 400m walk to an amazing vegetarian restaurant, On’s. The buffet breakfast offered western and Thai food. Although a simple area, the pool was great for a cool off after being in the heat.

The hotel is well located and the staff super helpful and friendly. In particular, the reception staff helped us with a number of issues such as adapters and taxis. The variety of breakfast options was stunning - even for us as vegetarians.

I've stayed in Bangkok and Krabi a few times. This is my first stay in Kanchanaburi and I'm thoroughly impressed with the Hotel and its services. Facilities are great too. They have everything you need except for toothbrush and toothpaste which I find rather strange as they provide all other toiletries. The breakfast buffet was really good! It was so helpful to help me kickstart a productive day as it saves the trouble of looking for a breakfast spot outside the hotel. There are many eateries nearby which are great for lunch and dinner. I would strongly recommend Meals n Bites @ JP which is about 200m away from the Hotel. The owner, Jeff, is very friendly and welcoming. Food was not spicy but instead very flavorful. Cheaper than those fancy restaurants targeting tourists. If you've visited Thailand you know this is something we need nearby - 7 Eleven. There's one about 100m from the hotel. The hotel itself was very well maintained, very clean too. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely place overall! They also offer airport pick up/drop off service for a fee. They also could help arrange a driver to take you to places to visit. Here's an important thing to keep in mind - unlike in Bangkok, taxi and Grab services are extremely limited. Do not count on taxi or Grab service if you have to get to the airport or somewhere on time. It's best you arrange for a driver to pick you up. I was lucky to have met a Grab driver who also provided drive-about service. I saved her number and it was so helpful when I went to Robinsons Lifestyle Centre (shopping mall) and couldn't get a taxi or Grab car back. She arranged for her friend to pick me up for a very reasonable fee. I engaged her service to drop me off at the airport too. She was early, got me some fruits and water for the trip as well. I'd say I was lucky to have met her during my stay.

Location has road noise but is close to bars, restaurants, 7-11, motorbike rental etc. The room was spacious with all consumables provided apart from the toothbrush. Breakfast was very good.

Good location to walk to restaurants in the evening and only a short bike/car ride to other areas and the bus station. Walkable to the River Kwai Bridge. Pool is nice for a swim. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly.

Staff are nice and helpful, thwy’ve helped with booking a taxi for anday tour and had suggestions for tours. The room was as described when booking. The breakfast had a lot of options. Close to many shops, massage shops and restaurants particularly a restaurant Kin Khao Lam which has great food.
