Typical Japanese rooms, very comfortable and great staff. The hotel is within walking distance from the vibrant part of the city where one can go out in the evening. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The staff were exceptional and we greatly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is a good option for travellers who want to experience a traditional Japanese ryokan room with western hotel service. Excellent views of the river and mountains. We also enjoyed all the Japanese breakfast options, delicious.

1. Lovely location by the river! 2. Our room was beautiful 3. The staff are fantastic and could not do more to help you. They helped arrange travel, book buses for our next trip, moved Breakfast time early. They were so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot thank them enough for a very special stay.
