Although the room Was small it was clean and comfortable. We were able to top up any room supplies in the main foyer and the staff were very friendly. The best thing about our stay was the location! We were able to walk everywhere or catch public transport which was conveniently outside the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to mum friends!

This place was in the middle of the train station so a fantastic location! We thought this would mean that it was noisy but it wasn't at all. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and helpful.

It was in the best spot for us, being within the train station was ideal for all the travel we were doing. It also made it ideal for food and shopping! Despite it being within the station you couldn't hear the trains which was great.

It’s linked to the Kanazawa Station and thus it is really convenient if are arriving late from elsewhere. Do not have to worry about being exposed to rain or snow, it was raining a lot during my visit. It’s linked to the Hyakubangai which provides great access to food and shopping at the hotel door step.

The property is right in the kanazawa station so very very good location. The hotel was very premium as compared to the cost of their room. Also the staff is very very helpful I don’t remember the name but the person who were present at the front desk( a little older man) helped me to book appointment at the hospital in dire situation. I thank him for his support.

Location. Excellent staff. I was asleep in my room when the 6.1 earth tremor happened. Obviously terrified, they were very good.
