It has everything we need. The washing machine inside the room was really convenient. The breakfast buffet was amazing since we like Japanese breakfast anyway. The room size is perfect. The bathroom size is spacious, too. We also love the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. You basically do not need to bring much since the hotel provides your needs.

Liked everything about this hotel, on bus route to station,or 1200yen taxi. Close to old town, gardens, market, with decent food options around. Rooms (double bed) were spacious and had independent temperature control, humidifier, and even own washing facilities. Pillows comfortable if a bit thick for my tastes.

The location is super central; we were able to do everything on foot. The hotel is excellent, clean, organised, has a great breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great acoustics and temperature, and friendly staff. We spent 20 days in Japan, and this was the best hotel we stayed in, considering the cost-benefit ratio. I'm very grateful for the welcome and the icing on the cake: a little scent to put on your clothes and a washing machine in the room with soap included. We loved it!

Great location, easy walking distance to a lot of the main attractions. This was the only hotel we stayed at which had a washer dryer in the room, which was a life saver for us as it rained a lot during our stay and our clothes got soaked through. The shoe dryer was amazing also. Rooms were modern and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly.

It is almost adjacent to the bus stop and only a few minutes' walk from the most famous tourist attraction (Kanazawa Castle). The room is spacious and there are washing machines and microwaves available for use.

The location was perfect and there is a 24hr carpark behind the hotel. We could see our rented vehicle from the hotel which made us feel safe. The staff were super friendly as well and spoke very good English. We were in the residential room and it was huge for the two of us. Way bigger than any room in Osaka or Tokyo that we had booked. The in room washing machine and kitchen area made everything so easy. The airconditioning was dual heater and cooler and was clean. We had had a lot of issues with dust in rooms and the heaters not being cleaned and blowing dust around. This was exceptional! I did not have to take any antihistamines. There is an amazing burger restaurant (the God Burger) about 200m down the road and amazing Udon. All in all, cannot fault and it was a beautiful place and region to stay

The room sizes felt above the standard for Japanese hotels. The room as well as the bathroom had plenty of space to put your luggage and the beds were super comfortable as well. Bus stops were only a 1 minute walk away, so getting around Kanazawa was a breeze as well. On top of that, Kanazawa castle was only a 10-15 minute walk away, with the Obama Shire along its route, so the location was ideal!

Spacious room with good beds. The room was even equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The breakfast was very good and had many varieties of food.
