The family onsen was the highlight of the stay! The futons were so comfortable and our room was amazing and spacious.

Beautiful room and garden view. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were able to be dropped off back at the station after checkout and we were able to book the onsen for just the two of us at no extra charge.

Beautifully historic and rich experience. The onsen was the perfect thing to come back to after a long day of walking. The bed was quite comfortable, had a very good sleep! Beautiful touches like being given robes. The host spoke good English so easy to communicate, which was appreciated. Would recommend to anyone :)
